"Posterificio" is a collaborative (demo version) tool for arranging sequences of printed pages. The application functions as a shared platform and editor for images and text, synchronized across all devices connected via browser. It supports uploads of .jpg, .png , and .heic files, applying a four-color dithering compression. It also uses a web-to-print process to generate a printable A4-sized PDF.
During the "Vernacular Care" residency, "Posterificio" was used to gather thoughts, writing exercises, diary entries, it served to document and archive cooking recipes, the building of the chicken coop and moments of care. It was a collective digital space transcribing materialities and textures experienced during the residency.
The T.P.U. Post Chicken Coop Edition offers a place of reflection and gathering around collective thinking, writing, and publishing around the notion of shelter. You are invited to contribute by submitting your own material on the "Upload" page.
Originally developed within the framework of the (T.P.U.) Temporary Printing Unit at Ripe San Ginesio for Scuola del Paesaggio by Poni (Habitat). Remixed for Critical Studies by Philippine Talamona.
